Jennifer brings more than 15 years experience in integrated marketing, CRM, retail marketing and customer relations to the team. Prior to joining Swirl in March 2006, she spent a number of years at BBDO building a global CRM team who developed owner loyalty and customer acquisition strategies in Europe, Latin America and Asia Pacific for the Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge brands. Early in her career, Jennifer was selected to help develop the first Relationship Marketing program for General Motors and has been hooked on CRM and integrated marketing ever since.
